Okay, I posted here before, but I just a pelvic exam, so here goes: I am 23, for awhile now, I've had some bleeding with stools, back pain, gas, rectal pain, and indigestion, some fatigue, and more recently frequent urination. Lately the last few weeks, I've not had much of an appetite and lost weight, my blood pressure is fluctuating between high and low frequently, and I have a high pulse rate, and I seem to have sinus problems and chest congestion I cannot get rid of completely. I've had my annual pelvic exams and they don't seem to find anything unusual this time either, but I seem to have pain when they do it, and I say "ouch", and I have let my last GYN (I just started with a new one), and she didn't feel anything unusual, I had a transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound a couple years ago due to these symptoms and the doctor said looking again at those results, the Ovaries couldn't be really seen (I had trouble with the transvaginal getting it "Up there", because I'm a virgin, I don't use tampons either, so I found it uncomfortable, and I had a feeling they couldn't see well enough. I've had a colonsoscopy and a chest X-Ray not find anything wrong, but I have scoliosis, and could ovarian cancer be making worse? My spinal X-Ray didn't show tumors but you could see the pelvic bones that well, could this be a sign? Anyway, given all this, should I just accept I may have something like an irritable bowel, given my age, or should I press for another ultrasound and a CA-125 blood test? I am just so scared about all this..
