a few years ago. I was told that a lady healed her headaches. by massage therapy. so I tried it and she was right. They worked on my head neck , and shoulders, Over time of a few weeks. the headaches went away.
I also stopped eating canned Tunafish,( mercury cause s headaches. contained in some fish products.

You say you used massage therapy to cure headaches. What excactly is massage therapy? Is it like Bowen therapy or deep tissues massage? I also get a lot of headaches and would be interested in knowing more. I do have Bowen therapy but that is more for a shoulder injury, that has caused the headaches that helps the shoulder but the headaches still remain.
