Does anyone have any experience with this. It is becoming such an problem at work. The diarrhea is sooooo bad. Most days have at least 6 trips to the bathroom, barely making it. Embarrasing!!!!

Do you take a water soluble fiber supplement like Metamucil to help make you regular?

To have normal BMs a person needs 25 to 35 grams of fiber daily along with 6 to 8 glasses of water.

What radiation are you talkng about in the title of your Thread?

Radiation was partial treatment for uterine cancer.
Yes I have tried fiber, Imodium, lots of Rx.'s for diarrhea, rice water, everything
