Hey,
Anyone out there know the difference between Addison Disease and adrenal fatigue? I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue last week. My no. was a 7. Anyway, they didn't call it Addison disease. So I was just wondering. My symtoms are sure the same as Addison. Thanks. boomer

If I understand it correctly, Addison's disease and adrenal fatigue are the same thing for the most part. What makes Addison's different is it is autoimmune, which means the body is attacking the adrenal glands. I have Addison's disease, but on my medical alert bracelet it says adrenal insufficiency (sp?) because I think medics or doctors would know what to do faster. I hope that helps a little.
