Hi, I have a VERY imp timed test coming up on tuesday and my menstrual period will arrive this weekend, so that means i'll be taking the test during my period. I normally have diarrhea during my period, and if I get nervous that will worsen the diarrhea. What can I do to avoid to the max the diarrhea? I was thinking of taking Imodium Advance the night before, or after breakfast that morning to make sure I don't get it ??? I also have pepto bismol, but i've found that imodium works best. Is it alright to take imodium to
prevent it before it comes??

I wouldnt! Seriously I used to do that & I found it CAUSED diarreah / stomach cramo etc - take it after you have loose stools / a bout diarreah please!
