Hey you all I wrote before and have been having a time since I got 2 rounds of steriods and 2 shots in left foot taped 2 times for a week

Now I have welts on my back from itching and sores on the top of my foot where the tape was.

I still have pain in the arch even after doing the streches on my feet before I get out of bed and on a 2X4

I don't know how much more I can take with these feet.

I also have carpal tunnel in both hands. I am on antiinflamatorys 2Xday

I go back to the poditrist on wed any suggestions?

I was diagnosis with entrapment of the first branch of the lateral plantar nerve in my left foot. Is it both feet or just one foot? A nerve compression or entrapment will not respond to conservative care sometimes. So, your doctor might want to discuss that with you.

Do you have a burning sensation in your arch? It hurts 24/7? Those are both symptoms of a nerve compression or entrapment. My arch would burn badly all the time. I take Lyrica now - it's for nerve type pain and stopped the burning sensation. I take 125mg a day split up into 3 different doses throughout the day. This might help you if it turns out to be nerve related.
