weird question, but i met a girl and did not know her. we kissed a little and it got heavier and eventually i stuck my finger inside of her. i did not give her an orgasm, but removed my finger and touched her nipple. obviously my finger was a little wet. later i licked her nipples, but i wondered that if she had any sort of std, is there a possibility that by touching my mouth to her nipple i got infected on my mouth? she appeared to be clean, but it's hard to know. we did not have sex, nor did we immitate sex orally or via any other method. i'm simply worried by sticking my finger in her, something on my hand transfered to her nipple and then transferred to my mouth. is that a really silly concern? please say yes.

I honestly wouldnt worry too much about this situation, I mean there is no guarantee that it couldnt happen but the odds of it occuring seem kinda slim to me, if you are really worried, go to a local clinic and have them run some routine tests to see if anything comes back positive for STD's. Good Luck and Keep me posted

It would be conceivable (though unlikely) to contract something if you had gotten vaginal fluid on her nipple then IMMEDIATELY licked. As a sidenote, it's also conceivable (though unlikely), if you have an open cut on your hand, to contract a disease by getting vaginal fluid on the open cut through touching. The risk is both these situations is VERY VERY small, though. And since you mention that it was later that you licked it, and STDS usually can't live outside a hot, moist environment for long, your risk is pretty much nothing.
As a sidenote, there is no such thing as "appearing" clean. I've known people with HIV who look completely healthy and vital, and heroin addicts who are completely STD-free. Never let a "clean" appearance fool you into thinking someone must be STD-free.
