Ok. I'm a 15 yr old male, 170lbs and 5 foot 8 inches and want to know the best and fastest way to loose weight fast. I was wondering if water fasting is the solution. thanks. Any help if appreciated. thank you.

Water fasting will decrease your fat cells by about 20% but they will decrease your muscle cells by 70%. Also once you hydrate your body again you'll be right back where you started. Losing weight isn't fast, it takes time and cardio is the way you do it along with a good diet.

By decreasing fat cells I don't mean number, I mean the volume of the cells or size of the cells, you won't get rid of any fat by limiting your water.

DONT WATER FAST U NEED NUTRIENTS
just go to a gym every day and watch watch what u eat
but the MOST important thing is dont eat dinner
that might sound like its a way of starving yourself but its really not its just set a time that works for u and dont eat any time after that time in the evening (probly sometime between 5 and 7) while u sleep u use the energy stored on your body instead of the energy u would have eaten for dinner
it works im 13 5'6'' and i weighed 123 during spring break and about a month later i got down to 112
