I've read all the articles and certain stuff like that, but im still unsure on exactly what to do. I go to the gym every day 7 day's a week, in addition i workout maybe 1 hour at home.

In the gym im doing arms/legs/biceps/abs/back daily i don't see the good of breaking it down to one exercise a day, i think that's a waste of time. Also, after how long should i change my workout i usually go to the free weights then do the stationary abs/triceps things then leg machine then abs/ running.

I don't see though how i can change the program up much differently, i mean most machines only have one path i guess i can do different sets of weights. Also im eating alot of calories per day, junk food only maybe 1-2 times a week, mostly chicken, meats, pasta ect.

But my arms are not getting much bigger, how long do you have to work out to see some change i've been doing probably 40 or so day's now, maybe it's to fast but come on. Can someone give me some advice?

If you're doing a full body workout 7 days a week in *addition* to more work at home... that's why you're not growing. You're overtraining in a big way. The reason you break down a workout into a split throughout the week is to allow for recovery. If all you do is work the muscle and allow no time for repair, you are never going to gain muscle. You need to give a muscle at LEAST 24 hours to repair if you are lifting heavy, sometimes 2-6 days. It is not a waste of time. It's the way the body works.

In addition to what naxis said, I'd also reccomend you take a couple of weeks off before trying again if you've been training everyday for 40 days. With the way you've been training, your body will need time to recover before you start a new training routine.
