http://www.healthdiscovery.net/links/calculators/calorie_calculator.htm

Someone suggested I used this to see how many calories I would burn; and I typed in my weight, and how many minutes I do it. Moderator to Vigorous ranged from like 220-244...

but my bike says 110-120...why's that? I've tried doing this on a high resistance and both a low resistance, I got around the same reading.

I have been wondering the same thing with my elliptical. The machine will say I only burned 40 calories with 30 minutes of exercise!! Which I hope to God that just can't be right!! LOL

Then when I went to Fitday and punched it in it told me 250!

I wish I could know the true amount of calories I'm burning, or at least approximate.
