I've been lifting for 7 months and have started noticing the "V" shape in my deltoid but they're still fairly small. I'm 5'9" and 155 so I'm naturally lean.
What are the best exercises for these muscles? I've been doing side dumbell raises and overhead dumbell raises. Any other suggestions?

just about any pressing motion works the front delt pretty good. Side laterals, and upright rows are great for 'side delts'. And bent over raises, and rowing motions work well for rear delts. A great all around shoulder exercise is the arnold press. Be carefull with your front delts, its reall easy to overtrain them, as chest presses hit them as well.

I'm a big fan of arnold presses. I feel they are the best all around delt exercise not to mention the safest one on your shoulder joints. I only do arnold presses and have been told many times I have great shoulders although a lot of that is from genetics I imagine.
