I am starting to jog, and my ears are aching! It isn't due to cold weather, its still warm in the south in the mornings... It has happened to me in the past when I would walk briskly or run, but the air was cooler in that part of the country. Does anyone know why this is happening?

This happens to me too!! I have pretty sensitive ears... alot of ear infections, etc. Ear pain is one of the reasons I really hate running... would be interesting to know why this happens!

A couple people I have mentioned this to ( DH, and two neighbors) think it could be a sinus infection... I don't feel like I have a sinus infection though. Guess a Dr. is the best bet here.
