I was in track last spring ... i stopped running right away and my body when into a shock
i added about a 1/2 inch to my thighs and butt and want to know how i can get rid of it in 3 weeks
I need simple excersises with directions

you could try squats, leg curls, and deadlifts. They work pretty good.
