Hi people i'm new to this website...i've got to say it looks great :).

I've really started to learn more about exercising, looking on this website, and i've seen people talking about diet plans. I'm only 17 and am at college so 6 meals a day as i've seen wouldn't really be possible :(.

I only weigh 133lbs and would like to increase in weight...but i don't want to be fat...just i don't think the size that i am will allow for the bosy i want :S.

Anyway any work out tips would be great...and i am working over the summer hols so i will have some money...any home equipment you could mention would be considered.

Well i would really aprieciate a reply (sorry about the long post)

It is hard to eat six meals a day at college. However, it is possible with shakes and bars to get enough protein to get big at college. I would suggest trying to eat three meals in the cafeteria (if you go to a school that has a meal plan) and supplement the three other meals with protein shakes or bars. As for where to workout see what facalities the college offers, or find a good gym nearby. As for working out, follow some basic routines posted on here or www.thepumpingstation.com. (http://www.thepumpingstation.com.) Good Luck!
