i just want to know if taking protein supplement before and after workout/weight training helps repair of muscles faster.
if this is so ,can i weight train 4 times a week continuously then rest the next 3 days. can i also do taebo 2 to 3 times a week in addition to weight training?

There are no supplements that will really reduce the time needed for muscle recovery. If you are working a split, lifting 4 days in a row is feasable if you are working unrelated muscles on adjacent days (ie. chest-tri/legs/back-bi/calves-shoulders). If you do a full body workout each time, I would definitely recommend not doing it that way.

the rest is just as important as the exercise itself. nothing beats natural rest....

Protein and glutamine will help your muscles repair faster. Thats the significance of taking these two supplements.

I agree with NAxis schedule, by doing a split routine. 3 days rest is a little to much for me, just as long as you dont overtrain the same muscle part, then youll be just fine.
