I am 22, F, 5'5'' and 120-125 lbs (all scales are different!)
Well, I have been running everyday, eating healthy (i have eliminated starch, junk foods, and sodas from my diet).
I was told by a doctor that I have 14% body fat, but its probably less now. My only problem is my waist is wider than my hip, and my stomach is bulgy. If i touch my stomach, it is firm and I can feel the muscle, NOT fat (i got rid of them! bwahaha). Why cant I get a flab ab like I used to or trim my waistline? I do up to 300 sit ups a day!
Am i doing something wrong? Or is it an organ inside me thats enlarged???
My doctors hasnt been of any help.
DOes anyone know why or have any ideas on what I can do?
