IM ABOUT 5'5 AND 135LBS I HAVE BIG ARMS AND A SMALLISH FRAME I HATE THE WAY MY ARMS LOOK AND GET SELF CONSCIENCE WHEN I WEAR SLEEVELESS SHIRTS SO MY QUESTION IS . IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO TONE MY ARM MORE AND MAKE THEM SLIMMER NOT NECCESARILY MUSCULAR LOOKING. ANY ADVICE WOULD TRULY HELP

low resistance and high reps (15-18)
dnt forget to do ur shoulders.
and yea dnt forget to do a lot of cardio to lose the weight where needed as well.

I would suggest doing light high rep resistance training, and including a good bit of cardio in your routine. If you dont do the cardio the resistance work is likely to not show very much.

Ok, high low reps and cardio for toned arms. I have small arms, well not small but i'd like them to be bigger. Right now what i am doing is 8-12 (bicept curls, both kinds of pullsups,tricepts) reps about 2 sessions every other day. Is this enough? what else should I be doing? After i get them the right size do I start doing 15-18 low reps and how many?

well, i would suggest 3 exercises for biceps and triceps with 3 sets of 6-10 reps. for muscle hypertrophy (bulk) the recommened amount of reps is between 8-10. 6-8 would be strength and u will need that aswell for hypertrophy. do 1 exercise of increasing the weight and lowering the reps, so it would be 10reps, 8reps, 6reps whilst putting more weight on each time. next exercise do normal (8-10reps) and on the last exercise maybe go up in reps lowering the weight (which will encourage tone). try that out. tell me how it goes.
and oh yea and 15-18 reps would be for just tone, no strength or hypertrophy.
