I just got a new job and it has completely thrown off my eating schedule. What I have decided would probably work best for me to keep on a similar diet as before in terms of calories/nutrients/eating times, is pre-mixed protein or meal replacement shakes.
Has anyone here tried doing this themselves with powder, then sticking it in some sort of sealable drink container to take to work and stick in the fridge for later?
How about allready mixed ones? I believe I have seen myoplex ones that are allready prepared, but if I'm remembering the price properly, I'd almost need a 2nd job just to afford to drink them.
