Does anyone have a problem with picking there skin to the point it bleeds and is scared and calloused? What have you done to stop this unsightly behavior?

There are a couple of threads here about skin-picking, but it wouldn't hurt (no pun intended) to start another.
A combination of risperdal and lexipro helps me somewhat. And channeling my obsession to other things. Spironolactone helps prevent pimples so I have less to pick at. Likewise, hand lotion prevents me from picking at my cuticles (though one is healing right now). Washing my hair frequently prevents the formation of tempting bumps on my scalp. I've tried to make peace with my eyebrows, but it's an uneasy truce at best.
