Thats great! Get on the exercises today! You'll be just fine. The exercises will stir up dizziness so dont FREAK OUT! Its normal!!!! Thats what the exercises aree suppose to do. Dont give up on them even if u are having a bad day.

That is great! Remember call her if you need help...that is what the phone number is for. Making sure you do the exercises correctly is key!

Where did you go?

Remember if you have problems...you can always come to our support group. My PT comes there every month.

I went to Richard Bader in Norway. They are a little less advanced I think then what I was doing but she also told me she wants me to go very slow in the begining.

dizzyandsad,
Stick with those excercies everyday and the most important thing you can do is stay positive. I have been dealing with this for 7 months and its been a hard long road but you will overcome this. Having this has completeley changed my outlook on life now and will cherrish everyday no matter if im dizzy or not. One day I woke and said to myself this is the day im not letting this beat me and from then on things are going better. I started looking foward to waking up and doing somthing i loved instead of sitting around hoping it would go away. Many will not understand the way you feel and question if you are making this all up. Keep your chin up things will get better
