Ok so this is apparently a wretched, feels like I am back to the begining, monster blip and looks like it may stay a while. How do you all deal with your severe attacks? DO some medicate? Do some rest? SOme push through and VRT till they collapse? Do some sleep it off? WHat do you all do to get through??

Push myself, but stop so not to get sick. Go to bed when my daughter does (getting as much sleep as I can). Nap when my daughter does. Now, I walk daily 1-2 miles as time allows....turning my head every which way. Take time to vent to my spouse and to all of you on the board. Try to remain as positive as I can...with moments of down feelings.

When I was at my lowest with this thing, forcing myself to go outside and take a walk always helped.

Usually, I find that my worst days are the ones where I feel bad and then have to go work my weekend job in an insanely busy retail store.

When I get home, I usually take a nice bath and relax. It helps a lot. Get in your jammies, make a cup of tea and just sit quietly for a while. After about an hour, I feel good enough to get up and do some stuff around the house.

I force myself to do something that gets my heart pumping a LITTLE - not overdoing it so you feeling like passing out! The other day I started shoveling some dirt so I could plant some carrots. At first it was very yucky and I had to keep stopping to breathe and stop the dizzies. But I kept going. Before I started I had a headache, and afterwards it was gone and I actually felt pretty good.

Also, I try to do outdoor things to get my mind off it. Take in God's beautiful creations - the ocean, take a walk, water/plant flowers, spend time with kids, etc.

Lastly, if you need meds, don't feel guilty about it. If I am super bad I will take something. I often find myself feeling bad about taking something, but sometimes it is better for your recovery and less for your body to just go ahead and take a little relaxant - even a half a pill.

I force my self into a different situation, if I'm sitting down, I go for a walk, if I'm walking about I sit down, if I'm in a noisy enviroment I go to a quiet one, I push to the limit first though.
