i'm only just 13 :dizzy: but yet i have OCD. i have had it 4 a while now, so i have come to just ignore it (well as much as i can). I though that OCD only effected adults, but (like normal) i had to begin doing some reseach. i found lost of sites that were really helpfull, Over 30,000 children (under 16's)in the uk have OCD.
If u want to find out more about people with OCD, or u have OCD like me then i think the most helpful site to go on is:
http://psychology.iop.kcl.ac.uk/ocdkids/patients/10-18yrs.aspx
Hope that if u have any questions about OCD then u can find the answer on the website above :D
luv ya all

OCD_becca,
You have such a kind generous spirit that I'm sure your OCD will not prevent you from doing well in life.

Hi, my daughter was recently diagnosed at 12 with OCD. Sometimes she feels very alone because she knows no one her age with OCD that she can talk with. I will let her know about your posting.
Thanks for sharing.
