Do any of you just feel uncomfortable in your skin? I do, I think I always have, but sometimes it is worse, maybe when I'm sick it is worse, cause it is worse today......it feels like you have on jeans or clothes that just don't fit right and you wish you could just take your skin off and not be in it for awhile
Can anyone relate??

Yes, I know that feeling.. Sometimes I have sensory issues where the feeling of cloths agiates me.... My dog brushing up against me makes me ill..
I'm getting upset again writing this because it's just not right... We shouldn't have to live this way.

I'm glad someone else can relate, and yet, am SORRY you can relate....cause it means you know that kind of misery too......I think i have restless body syndrome, instead of restless let syndrome
oh..guess this is the wrong forum for this, but I think it has causes from the ptsd

Hi Lost,
Glad that you are feeling better...
I call this feeling my ANTSY feeling. I don't know what to do with myself. Up, down, up down, in bed, on the couch, get dressed, think I want to go out, get undressed, get dressed, go out, shop, put everything back or leave the cart, go home, and it starts all over again.....
Drives me a little batty at times.....
Sid

I've pondered this thread for some time. For me it is a case of feeling uncomfortable in my own brain!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd like to take in for part X for one that thinks differently. I have not used the term NORMAL because I've given up on what the norm is. But I'm choosy!
Guess I want to be me - minus the pstd, the depression, the anxiety.
Nornal is what one's self is! Normal to one is not necessary normal to the next person.
What a waffle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am constantly moving something on my body, I can't sit still. My exwife use to say even when I am sleeping I am moving something. It is almost like wearing a full costume and I am fighting to get out.
take care
