Hi everyone


for around 3 years now i cant go anywhere without lip balm on me, I have such sore lips and i dont know why.

They are not blistered or anything just very sore unless i have lip balm on.

Can anyone shed some light on this??

Usually sore lips are a sign that you are licking your lips alot. You are probably doing this without even noticing it. Dry lips are often a sign of dehydration. ARe you drinking plenty of fluids so that your body is well hydrated? When you are short fluids, you skin tends to dry out, this is where you get dry skaly skin in the winter from..lack of humidy and lack of extra fluid in your body.

Try making sure that you are drinking at least 6-8 8 oz glasses of water on top of whatever other fluids you drink during the day. Try not to lick your lips. this only will cause them to become even drier.....
