I have posted before in regards to my feeling spacey, and feeling that my cognitive abilities are declining (e.g., difficulty remembering and slow thought processes), and my symptoms are getting worse as time goes on. I have trouble concentrating, and I have so much pressure behind my eyes. I had an MRI, CTscan, blood tests, etc., all of which have stated I am in good health. I know something is wrong, and I have gone to various docs. (neurologist and ear nose and throat doc). One doctor tested for lyme, but that came back fine. I am scheduled to see a doctor that specializes in diagnosing and treating Lyme disease, but I'm doubtful that I even had Lyme because my previous tests said I didn't. I would really appreciate some advice and any thoughts as to what this is I'm experiencing.

I have noticed similar symptoms in several people, including myself. So far I have only had a blood test and normal checkups, with the diagnosis being anxiety/allergy/sinus infection or some combination thereof. My doctor says that if I don't feel better by next week after taking my current medication (antibiotics, allergy nasal spray and an anxiety medication), then he will order a CT scan.

Is it possible that what you have is sinus related? My pressure, which comes and goes with the fatigue and just an odd feeling, seems to be related to my sinuses. Just a suggestion, hopefully we both get over this soon.
