I recently tried to get copies of my ER hospital records (the lab work is needed the most) from back in Jan 2005 until Dec 2006. I noticed that the one lab work i needed from beginning of 2005 wasn't mine at all! It was for a strep test and i know i didn't have one, I had tons of blood work (showing positive autoimmune as i was told by the ER doctors there).

Is it at all possible to try to track down the correct records? Or is it really too late for that? And if its possible, who would i talk to? The people up in records pretty much just sit at the computer and press buttons and don't seem all that knowledgeable to me from previous attempts I've tried.
