hello, i am an average 17 (almost 18) year old male. just over a week ago i noticed a dry red patch on my foreskin and over the past week other 'blotches' have appeared, some small, medium and large - now my penis has alot of these red patches. it can't be an STD because i'm still a virgin, heck, i've never even kissed a girl in 3 years. left unmoisturised for over a day then the red patches become rather dry and sometimes crack a bit, but it's not really irritable, infact i barely notice it. other places i have found these red blotches are on my scrotum sack, but they are not as red and just seem dry. when i stretch my skin then the red blotches become faded the more i stretch. there's a big blotch on my foreskin which sometimes appeares to have red spots on it, but it could just be small patches of this red rash. it's not really raised i don't think.
since discovering this i have only masterbated once and i don't plan to do it again until i know why and what this is, because i though it could have been brought on my masterbation, but it doesn't explain why it appears and spreads like a rash.

can anybody please help me with this?

Hi - sounds like it could be a bit of eczema or something similar. Let your doc have a look at it - nothing to be embarrassed about he'll have seen it all before and will prob give you some cream.

Best to go to an older doc with plenty experience rather than a young newly qualified one.

I agree - best to go to the doctor. And yes an older doctor won't be puzzled by foreskin - they've seen it many times I'm sure. I went to a young doctor a while back and he was afraid to even touch it. So I highly recommend an older doctor.

sounds to me like you have a yeast infection. if so, anything over the counter for womens' yeast, like monistat or vagisil, etc...will work for you. For the scrotum, try a jock itch spray. That also sounds like yeast.
