Hi I suffer alot with hypoglycemia and other probs. What I wanted to know was this: i check my glucose levels usually in the morning as am monitoring blood sugars at mo. Anyway it is nearly always low in the low 2'smmol and when it is at this level i find it really hard to wake up- not the other symptoms associated with low blood sugars such as shakey, nauseasu, etc. So does this indicate fasting hypoglycemia?
Also i get the similar symptoms extreem tired feeling, weak and maybe headache all of a sudden if i havent eaten in a while e.g. 6 or so hours. However what i dont get is that sometimes not alot it sometimes It drops inunder 5 hours of eating which i hear is reactive hypoglycemia. Therefore does it sound like I have fasting hypoglycemia or reactive hypoglycemia or both! please post back i so confused. thanks.
