i feel latelly that my hand is trembling and i am not old (26) could this be related with smoking?
what effect have smoking on human nerve on long term? ( i smoke since i was 16 )

Coffe have also the same effect on me so i stop it but i don't know is smoke
also have a bad effect on nerve any help ?
