Pain in testicles still after fixation

Im 16 and went to the doctors complaining of an intermitent pain, at the back of the testicles and im my stomach. they sent a referal letter but said in the mean time if you get any sharp pains go to a&e, the following day i went to a&e and they diagnosed it as fixation, after doing an ultra-sound, which came back as inconclusive.
They put me down and within 2 weeks i was under the knife.
Its now been 7 weeks, and i am still getting these pains, and the pains hurt even more, it hurts to urinate and there is no visable swelling.
I am still gettin bad pains in my stomach.
I went back to the doctor for a follow up appointment, he has now sent me to get an ultra sound of my kidneys and bladder, and im not sure about testicles. The pain is so bad, and when i am at work it becomes unbearable.
The consulatant said tht it may not have been torsion in the beggining.
I am worried and concerned and in allot of pain.
After the operation i was taking co-codamol 500/30mg and diclofen 25mg.
The doctor has told me to stop taking them , as i have been constantly for the past 6 weeks, he told me to take just paracetomol.
I thought it may have been epididymitus , but another consultant said it could be a syst on the kidney.
I dont think it could be kidney stones as there is no blood in the urine, and they have taken a urine sample.I also very often i have problems breathing suddenly.
Any ideas ??
