When should I go back to my doctor to check diagnosis. Right now I am not really seeing any docs. I know after what 3 months it is no longer inflammed but damage? Should I be worried and find out or should I wait a little longer? And is it definatly damaged after 3 months or maybe still inflammed???

Usually the docs say if its not gone but 8 weeks there is some residual damage. Thats what Vrts are for, to retrain the brain. If you still have ear fullness, your ear is probably still imflammed. Theres really not much to do about it. It will go away in time. The doctor really cant do much, but keep prescribing you drugs, which is always not the best route to go. The doctors may want to test your inner ear, but those tests are not fun at all. Honestly, when we say to do your VRTs, do them. They are so important for recovery. You'll thank us one day. Dont stress yourself out anymore then you are, itll make your anxiety and dizziness worse. You just need to ride it out, it may take another month or another year or so. Sadly, there's not much anyone can do to help us.

I havent really had any ear fullness at all. sometimes breifly but hasn't really been a factor. I had increased my vrts when i addded some from the pt but i had a really bad blip so i backed them down some till i get back on my feet them=n will gradually increase them as I think i took on too much and that caused my bad decomp

D & S the VRT's will probobly bring on a blip so you must carry on doing them, thats the way they work.
