Hi Desmaggie
I dont use OPK's or saliver moniters anymore as I find they dont work for me and they are not always accurate. I find that temping and listening to my body is the best way to determine whether I have or about to ovulate. Wish you the best of luck.

Oooh lucky you! I have tried using o tests but have never gotten a positive result. Have all other o symptoms (but don't temp) so I just go with my gut. If we don't get pg w/in 6 months I will step it up. I'm actually trying to decide whether I should buy another set. Hearing you had a positive makes me want to!

 Well it turns out it wasn't a positive because the indicator line was lighter than the test line. Anyway I'm still happy because I'll test again tomorrow and it should be good then. I've warned DH to get ready:) I just felt that fate was pointing towards tonight but when I got home and read the instructions I saw that one line was lighter and that didn't count

Desmaggie don tjust rely on opks . CM or temping are much better indicators. IF i were you i d bd before getting a positive opk so the spermies would have travelled their route and will be waiting for the egg as soon as its released.|

well we BD on Sat morning and they say they live for 72hrs.
We got in an argument last night so positive OPK or not I'm not sure there will be any BD tonight...I'm so sad. It's not serious but I dont' think he will do it knowing that it's to make a baby when we're arguing. It was my fault too, it will sound stupid I"m totally embarrased but I was having a great night so excited about up coming O and he was sleeping on the couch (very tired fell asleep really early) Anyway I decided to have a few drinks because after BD tonight I wasn't planning on drinking during my 2WW and hopeing for a BFP so Iwouldn't be drinking for 9+months. Anyway he woke up and was like are you drunk?! I don't hold my alcohol very well and I guess after a few drinks I looked sloppy. He was very mad and I feel like a complete failure.
