Hey, guys!

I'm looking to lose weight for starting uni in September - rather than all-over weight loss I'm looking for ways to tone up/lose weight on specific parts of my body (well, I did draw a picture to help, but seems that's not allowed ^^; ). Can anyone suggest different exercises for different body areas? (ie sit ups for stomach, lifting weights for arms?)

Areas I'm looking for is:
Chin (I'm not sure if it's possible to lose weight from the chin?)
Flabby arms
Bingo wings
Breasts (can these be toned up? 19 years old and with saggy breasts already... depressing XD)
Muffins (Love handles, whatever you call 'em)
Fat belly (Not specifically my stomach, but the fatty lump over the pelvis)
Thighs (I hear cycling is good for toning up/losing weight on the thighs?)

Any help would be great- thanks!

From what i read, it looks like you need to lose weight all over. Just do a lot of cardio, and a lot of weights. And you'll see a difference. DIET IS THE NUMBER ONE THOUGH. If you don't eat right, you won't see anything. Take it easy, one day at a time, and you'll see a difference.

good luck

Losing weight all over will help get rid of flab. That place between the crotch and stomach is an awful area, and a lot of people have a really bad time with it. To my knowledge, there aren't many exercises for it.

As for the boobs: I have a friend who sagged when she was 14, so don't feel bad. I know it sounds like an old wives' tale, but sleeping with a bra will help keep them from sagging anymore.

You cant lose weight from specific areas. Diet and exercise will help you drop body fat but you can't be specific where from. For example I have lost stacks of weight from my wrists and face but am having trouble budging my stomach.

Situps and weights will tone the msucles but you have to do cardio to loose fat. You can not pick and choose where you want to loose weight. The first place you gain weight is the last place you loose it.
