I always feel so renewed and refreshed when i know that Fall is around the corner and we get that first day of LOW HUMIDITY. :D
Another thing that helps me when getting overheated is that I take the Body Sprays that you can get at places like Bath & Body Works, Walmart, etc and I keep them in the fridge. A nice spritz from that after traveling home from work in traffic helps me cool down faster.

Hey its great here today.Its only high of 64.
My kids shut the windows and said they were cold,it was refreshing.
