It happened 1998 when i tried to do a back bend(backwards) with palms on wall and it was a really narrow room.. Anyways, at the time it felt like something torn.. but after a while of pain.. i relaxed and then was better.. but i just left it and went on living. then realized i cannot do pushups anymore. sometimes i can, but not fast. just really slow..

Also if i punch fast, move fast, wash car fast, do pushups..etc.. i get a deep pain.

It's been 9 years. unbelievable but true. And if i don't do any of the things that i said that hurt me.. then i'm fine for a long time.

Today i was shadow boxing did a fast punch and it hurt badly. I hadn't had the pain for a long time.

Well, anyways, I'm sure it's not just me who lives with a damage that never gets fixed. But we can live with it if we limit our activities.

There's nothing wrong with just living an injury and limiting yourself right?

I'm 27 male.
