Hi. I don't know how to explain this but I'll try. I have been weight lifting weeks and weeks for over a month now. My muscles diffidently show it. I'm always being joked around with by other family members that I'm getting "big" as in muscle wise. But when it actually comes to using my muscles... I am weak. I just arm wrestled my 40 year old something uncle who never works out and is shorter than me and he beat me. Twice. I am only 20 years old and he was drinking too lol. I noticed this also when I am trying to lift something I cannot lift it right with all my strength. Is there something going on with my muscular system or its growth? I would really like to know. Thanks.
