Hi all,
Firstly i would like to say a big thank you to you all,i have moaned alot recently,so thanks for listening!!!!As you know i stated an SSRI last week, and i am now starting to feel slightly better. My anxiety is reducing and i am starting to think more positive. I took my little girl to mother and baby group today,it was really good to get out. We both enjoyed it! I felt a little off at one point but i just tried to ignore it! Anyway the whole positivity thing is def working and i am feeling more at peace with my self. Last week was awful and i dont want to go back there again! I have also started to wear my night splint again as i grind alot when uptight and stressed,it has helped. So i suppose the overall word for the day is "lets be positive"!!!! I am naturally a pessamist, but day by day i am improving. Each day is a little step to getting better i suppose!!!

Congrats Maria! Was the blip due to starting the SSRI?? I know everyone thinks I should try one but I have yucky reactions to anti depressants and hate being on meds and especially one that requires such a commitment. I had to take a meclizine last night and feel horribly guilty about even that.

Way to go. I know it is hard to keep moving expecially when you feel like crap. I too have to reevaluate...and keep my eye on the positive side.

We all are going to make it...if we keep moving!

All the best!

Hi Maria,

Glad to hear the Cipramil is working for you. It takes a couple of weeks but is worth the wait. Are you going to up the dose to 3/4? I'm feeling loads better too finally. I still got hit with 2 hours of dizziness this afternoon but the rest of the evening was clear.

Best....Scott

:bouncing: :bouncing: :bouncing: :bouncing: :bouncing: :bouncing: Good for you Maria. I'm glad it is helping you and that you got out with your little one. That is the hardest, when you can't function for your child. It has taken me 2 1/2 years to finally do things with my little guy and it feels great. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
