My husband is 6'1" and about 275 lbs. His major problem is carbs - He loves them. He is wondering if there is any way to decrease carb cravings, any pills out there that help this? I'm guessing the best way is to ease them out of your diet, but Hubby's not too good with motivation. ;)

I suppose I should mention that my hubby doesn't need to lose weight for purely cosmetic reasons. He is in his 20s and takes meds for thyroid, cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Any helpful comments would be appreciated.

just tell him to eat more protein while eating carbs. Tell him to eat slow, and only half of what he would normally eat. It might work. :) BUt i don't think there's any pills just for that.

Good point. He eats really fast! Thanks.
