hey there.. i am uncircumcised and can fully retract my foreskin while my penis is soft, however when i am completely erect, the foreskin is very tight and it barely can retract over my head.. there seems to be foreskin stuck to the bottom of my head and to the part that attaches the head and foreskin (sorry dont know the name).. any help?

I think you are referring to the frenulum. Go to "Men's Health" an follow the instructions there for help. This is the best advice I can offer. Good luck.
