Hi,

I was hoping someone here could help me with some pain and symptoms I've been having recently.

I have had loose bm's my entire life. Not exactly diarreah, but just loose and rarely firm. About 8 months ago I woke up one day with an on and off pinching in my lower right quadrant. Alot like it would feel to have apendicitis or an ovarian cyst. It was also accommpanied by dark brown to blackish powdery looking stool. Each day the pinching got worse and more frequent. By day 4, I could hardly walk standing straight up because the pinching was so severe. I also just felt really tired and rundown.

I ended up in the ER on three separate occasions over about a 2wk period. The first visit I was told they just didn't know and I was given pain meds and sent home. The second time I was told it was probably coilitis and put on antibiotics and a pain med. The third time I was admitted for 5 days to the hospital where they ran a gammet of tests (including a colonoscopy) , finding nothing, until it just finally went away. I have not had a problem with it since, until yesterday. I have all the same symptoms again. It has not gotten super bad yet, but is worse today than yesterday.

It does not hurt hardly at all when sitting down hunched over or when laying on my right side. But it hurts when walking and standing. I am also having the same kind of bowel movements...loose and dark/powdery.

Has anyone else had these symptoms and what was your diagnosis. I know only a doctor can say for sure, but I had a miliion tests done the last time to no avail.
I was hoping someone could enlighten me to any causes for this that I might be able to bring to my doctor's attention.
Greatly Appreciated!
