I have football almost monday tho friday also homework. what can i do to get the most effient workout for the least amount of time.

You can do a circuit training routine. You go through your workout doing one set for each body part and moving to the next exercise with no rest. Then at the end, rest one to two minutes and do it again.

Another technique is to use a stopwatch. Most people have no idea how long they're actually resting between sets. 3 to 5 minutes is common. 60 to 90 seconds is best.
