I don't know if anyone else came up with the same idea but since I did not see it mentioned on these boards I decided to share my "discovery".
I like to have a protein drink before my cardio and after the weight training. I use Designer Whey protein, chocolate flavor, and mix it with either water or cold coffee in a blender. Then (and that's the "secret") I add 1 cup of crushed ice cubes from my freezer and add it to the blender then whirl away for a couple minutes at very high speed and voila! I have a chocolate mocha frappucino. It tastes great! Well, maybe not exactly like Starbucks, but definitely an improvement over the routine way of mixing protein powder. Just thought I'd mention it in case others would like to give it a try. Let me know how you like it.
