Has anyone tried the 2-day diet drinks that say you can lose 10 pounds? I want to use it to start off my diet. How does it work? Obviously i would love to hear sucess stories but others are welcome too.
oh i recently heard about a product that is supposed to flush out your system and get rid of most water weight that holds you back from losing weight in the beginning. does anyone know what this is or if it works? thanks guys

I did that Hollywood Diet. The juice is good, though I got REALLY hungry. I don't think I lost 10 pounds though. It was more like 6. If I recall, I finally had to eat dinner on the second day because I was so miserable. I did not do it at the beginning of my diet though, so maybe to kick start, you could lose 10 pounds. Good luck.

There are no magic pills, potions, or drinks. Just gimicks.
Choose a plan thats healthy and follow it. I highly recomend Weight Watchers. It teaches you how to eat properly. After all thats why those of us with weight issues have them...... correct???

Those drinks are crap! All of them. You may lose the weight but they dehydrate you. You aren't losing fat or gaining lean muscle!!
I recommend to kick start a diet, start on a Monday - never midweek and have your plan ready. Work-out, eat as you should, and you'll automatically start feeling better & seeing the weight come off. Yes, easier said than done but you can do it!! All of you!! I wouldn't recommend fasting (I was a huge fan of that years ago) but if you want to cleanse your body, do that for a few days.
Btw, if you go workout and feel burning sensations, you're releasing acids that get built up. Cleanse your system that way!

I only drink water and more water and I treat my self to Sprite Zero's and Diet cokes on weekend. LIMIT of 2 a day on weekends. :)

Linda - That's a good limit to set - 2 per day on weekends! :) Do you allow yourself any other guilty pleasures?
Samizzle - If you've already started working out and eating as you should, cleansing your body at this point won't be too beneficial. You're cleansing your body through sweat during your workout, so keep on truckin' it and good luck!!!
