anyone that has had the Dix Hallpike test my question is what direction did your nystagmus go?
Im not exactly sure what doctors look for in the test and what points to clues for this or that but my concern is due to the fact that the test never made me dizzy nor have i ever had spinning attacks or anything that points to BPPV but this test showed nystagmus horizontally and ive read that Bppv usually shows vertical nystagmus.
has anyone that was dx'ed with VN or Labs thats had this test shown any horizontal nystagmus with the test?
