Sorry.. I don't know how to be polite about this.

For about the last 2 weeks or so, I've noticed a tiny bump just outside the opening.. it feels like a pimple? I have tried looking at it in the mirror, and I'm not sure of any other way to describe it. It doesn't hurt, but I do notice it when I wipe (well, slightly tender/itchy when touched). What could this be? Does it go away on its own?

I'm currently on heavy duty abx for a possible Lyme infection, and have been having serious stomach problems. I'm having a scope done on the 15th to find out the reason (I hope!) for my upper abdominal spasms/bloating/gnawing feeling.
