Hi,
I was hoping that someone would be able to help me out. Was wondering if anyone would now of what the ideal things to eat that prevent problems in the male sexual area (testes, penis, the works) since I figure prevention is better than cure and that if I can integrate this meal (food) into my daily/ weekly meals then that would do wonders in ensuring a healthy life...
So would anyone have any ideas or direct me to any site?

pumppin seeds ginger cranberrys omega-3 thare are alot of thing that can be done.this book that i got is a go book tells you all about it (the hardness factor)it has alot of good info about diet and even workouts that you can do.421

Rather than what to eat, how about supplements. Take 30-50 mg of zinc per day or eat food that contains it. Avoid too much soy that may contain estrogens. Avoid heating any food in plastic whch can cause estrogens to leech into the food. Take DIM or eat plenty of cruciferous vegetables (brocoli, cauliflower) which can help keep estrogen from getting too high. Do not allow yourself to get too fat which can produce too much aromatase enzyme. This enzyme converts testosterone into estrogen. Do not drink more than 2 or 3 alcoholic drinks per day because this can impair the liver from removing estrogen.
Are you getting the idea I saying estrogen is bad for a man? We all have it and need some but too much is bad. Also, zinc and vitamin E can help the testicles to make Testosterone so either eat food that has them or take supplements.
Finally take pomegranite extract (either by drinking pomegranite juice which is expensive or taking a supplement). This can not only help prevent plaque buildup in the arteries but help remove existing buildup. This will help prevent blood flow problems to the penis. Also Resveratrol can help keep estrogen down and acts as a strong antioxidant.
