Three times a week I go to the gym twice a day. Once before work and once after work for a hour each time. I also go another 3 days just once a day. I go in the morning for weights and the afternoon for about 45 minutes of cardio. Is this helping (fat-burning) or hurting?

Looks good to me. I don't see how that would be hurting fat loss. I actually do the same thing when I have time in the morning, but I do cardio in the AM and lift at night. I am just not at optimal strength in the morning. Just make sure you're not burning too many more calories than you're taking in or you'll lose a lot of muscle with the fat.

Thanks for the advice. Didn't know the information about losing the muscle along with the fat. I do eat well and enough so I don't think this will be a problem.
