I was wondering what stretch marks under the armpits signify? They aren't exactly in my armpit, but towards the bottom. I had stretch marks from gaining a lot of weight in other areas, but never here. I have lost 50 pounds, and started working out about a year ago.

I am hoping the stretch marks mean that I am growing some muscle! Because, I have been weight training for about 6 months and eating right.

don't worry thou, they WILL go away!

Stretch marks are essentailly scars. They may not go away entirely, but they usually fade.
