View Full Version : ripped or too much movement????

oookk...well here's the question...i excersice by running and sometimes my stomach starts to ache almost almost in a way that i cant move because it hurts...its that seem feeling u get when u dance alot and move your hips alot that its starts to hurt your abdominal area...thats wat it feels like .....is this the muscle getting ripped or is it that im moving soo much??????

Probably just a cramp. It's extremely common to runners. Keep hydrated and make an effort to breathe deeper when running. If you start to cramp up, slow to a walk or light jog and try to stretch a little until it goes away, or run through it. Usually if I keep going, it goes away. As far as I know, it isn't causing any damage.
