Whats a good work out routin for ripping down after bulking for six weeks?

Add some cardio and change your diet. I don't change my lifting routine at all when cutting. Some people will tell you to switch from high weight, low rep to low weight, high rep, but you will end up losing muscle and strength. The only point of doing that would be to get more of an aerobic workout, but you want to stay anaerobic to keep the muscle stimulated and help prevent muscle atrophy. Eat clean, keep calories about 500 less than maintenence and maybe add a little cardio so long as you don't starts losing weight too fast.

yes, keep lifting heavy and intense

i also add more isolation movements
